Wing Air

Wing Air is the only operator in the Fairbanks area that will provide air service to the Eastern Alaska Range. For all you climbers that are interested in climbing Mt. Deborah, Mt Moffit, Mt. Hayes, or Mt. Hess. The 2008 prices to any of these peaks are $500 per person roundtrip and that is flown directly out of Fairbanks. If you want a one way trip call for a quote. If you wish to drive to Black Rapids I can fly groups out of there as well for a discounted price. For people coming from out of town I provide a place for you to store your valuables and gear while on your climb free of charge. Wing Air can also provide drop-offs for the back-country seeking skier.

Wing Air's charter rate for the Super Cub is $200 per hour. It is a slow but quite agile airplane able to get in and out from the shortest strips.

Wing Air offers charters throughout Alaska. Wing Air's aircraft operates on tundra tires in the summer and fall. During the winter and spring we operate on skis. If you have a remote location you would like to fly to give us a call.

If you need building materials (and other materials) transported to a remote location we have hauled various type of materials. Wing Air has transported anything from plywood to 10 foot metal piping. Call or e-mail for details.
